Photos to inspire the Digital Nomad

Building a location independent business takes a lot of work, and that means you need to be motivated. Very often in the game of lifestyle design and earning a passive income online, it is not the most talented who do the best, but simply the ones who don’t give up.

So with that in mind, here are some photos that should get you good and inspired to keep working towards your dreams, no matter how long it takes and how much effort you need to put in.

Nb: This post was inspired by a similar post over at Freepursuits.com 50 Photos to Inspire Life as a Digital Nomad. This blog is fantastic for inspiration, and Corbett is a great blogger, so check it out!

A boat trip in Kerala

And finally, one of my own images.. This was taken during a long tour around Kerala in south India and is probably one of my favourite photos ever. Th scenery in Kerala is truly stunning, I am yet to find anywhere to match it.

What are you waiting for?

Do you want to spend your life sat in an office? Or would you rather escape the deferred life plan, make a passive income online, become location independant and see the beauty of the world?

Your first step is to find a way to earn a living on your own terms, it takes a lot of work, but all the best things in life generally do. It all starts with the first step, so if you haven’t already begun your journey, now is the time. If you are already on your way, good luck to you, keep marching onwards.

I hope you enjoyed this post, a little off topic perhaps, but I think it is important to take a step back every now and then and remind yourself what you are working towards.

Where is your favourite place on this planet?

Your turn now. What are the most beautiful locations in the world? Which places do you dream of visiting? Which places have you experienced so far? Kerala is my personal favourite, but the mountains of Bulgaria are pretty stunning too…

wow, some of these shots are incredible. I think if I were to take my laptop near any of these however, I’d definitely get no work done :P

Very Inspiring,it does take quite a bit of work to design the lifestyle we want and not just end up a cog in someone else’s wheel but it can be done

Breathtaking views, don’t get to see that type of landscape out the office window or from the cubicle!

Breathtaking views, you certainly do not see those on a daily basis in the work a day world. Internet Marketing Forums are devoid of this type of inspiration even thought they mention “passive” income and such alot.

“It takes a lot of work, but all the best things in life generally do.” That’s a quote that pretty much sums everything up. I love the picture of Siruvani Dam. It doesn’t even look real, but so beautiful. I haven’t traveled to far afield yet, but the Grand Tetons definitely took my breath away. And the Lake District in England is just one photo op after another. Nothing too exotic, I know, but I’ll get there.

    Cheers!

Isn’t that Incan mountain top temple in the picture before last actually Macchu Picchu? I’ve never been there, but it looks pretty recognizable. Lovely place, I’d love to see it some day.

Yes, it is! I actually meant to put that on the caption – it is a truly breathtaking place and one that you have to see at least once in your life.
